I've been on hiatus for a few months, and I've stayed on a plateau the whole time.

I had promised my cousin I'd run a 5K with her this sunday, but I haven't trained and wont be able to run it.
I've realized that its going to take hard work to get back into fitness and a healthier lifestyle. I think I'd be more motivated, living with my fiance who is a health and workout guru, but he has the time for it everyday, and definately has the motivation.

I work full-time, I'm a full-time student, and in the spare time that I do have, I'm planning for our wedding, so whenever I do have a second to breath, I like to do it while relaxing, not working out. I know it'll be easier to get motivated once school is over next May, and when all of the planning is over with... but thats the thing, I dont want to have to wait until after the wedding to get fit and healthy. I want to look great on our big day. I think once I get some more of the major planning done (hopefully within the next month or two) then I can get my body and mind in shape.

So temptations are all around, whether its the relaxing and watching tv when I get home instead of working out, or the hot sandwich or pasta on a cold day instead of grilled chicken or a salad... or the bowl of sweets at the reception desk that i constantly walk by... I need to figure out healthy alternatives, start getting to bed early so I can possibly work out in the morning instead of being too exhausted to when I get home from work, and finding better food options when I'm at work and school.

I really want to lose the weight, it's up there in my head, but it gets lost on it's way to the rest of my body.
