Top of the new month to everyone!
The approach of spring always makes me feel more energetic and enthused. I was doing well on my program for about a month, then things fell apart. That is, I backslid. My birthday's at the end of the month so I'm setting a special interim goal for myself in celebration. I have to renew my driver's license so it would be nice to be able to put a lower number on the application.
