I'm so impressed by everyone here!
It doesn't matter if you gained, lost, stayed or weighed in for the first time today. Y'all are choosing to work to better yourselves and it makes me super proud to be part of such a supportive community. You're all super stars, keep up the great work. It may seem impossible but all this hard work is paying off, little by little.
You can lose those pounds and if you ever feel like no one's in your corner, shoot me a message.
