Started doing the Keto diet yesterday. Is it just me, or is it not enough food. Can somoeone please let me know if this diet has worked for anyone else so I can stay motivated hahaha

Hey I’ve tried all sorts of diets and Keto works but only short term. Once you’re off Keto it’s super easy to gain all the weight back :( the one lifestyle change that’s works for me is every 3 or 4 weeks I go into a calorie deficit phase for 3 or 4 weeks. I eat about 1980 cals but make sure that I’m burning close to 3000 per day, I find that the weight comes off easy and stays off. I cycle this every month or so, 3 or 4 weeks eat normal (try not to binge) and then 3 or 4 weeks in deficit

I tried Keto before. The first month was good. I was feeling great and didn't want to eat as a fatty food kept me full. But the second month wasn't great at all 😕 I noticed that my mood was very low. I just didn't have energy (no carbs = no energy in my case 😅). I tried Keto because I've heard that it helps to get pregnant. I don't know if it helps, but I got pregnant after Keto 😂

I've found the best mindset for myself was "no diet", stick within my calorie intake and exercise output and slowly but surely it happens...my journey has taken years, but by not restricting food groups I have found it enjoyable (and rewarding). hope this helps your journey 😊

worked for me at first. I lost 25kgs in about 8 months but I fasted way too much for way too long once I fasted for two weeks then I ended up on hospital and gained all that weight back and then some. it's def not for me. this time I just eat way more protein less fat, sugar and processed stuff.

Add more protein (like chicken, beef other meat), protein keeps you feel full for longer, as protein digest slower. I haven't tried keto, but watched a lot of video, and many of those says eat more protein, i think it should be at least 1 - 1.5 gr per kg of your weight
