so I accidentally signed into my old account instead of this one.... I like the other one better I've lost 17 lbs on that one, I gain 2 here, bahahaha

I've pretty much just been maintaining since the last time I was here. I went to Idaho to visit famiky and my mom, and gained 10-15#. so I barely got that back off this month.
so sick of low carbing and meat and animal crap in general. So I've 180'd and gone plant-based vegan..mostly raw, or "raw till 4" ish.
idk if I'll lose any weight but it makes me feel better. all the meat and dairy was just making me feel sick. to the point where I don't even like the smell anymore.

on the 29th I leave for Japan.

I'm trying to gear myself up for all the walking, I have been going to the gym but I just started walking out on the city walking/biking path. in China I walked 15-20 miles A DAY. so I'm kind of hoping Japan won't be THAT much walking, but I need to train myself for it.


I'm down 2 shirt and jeans sizes.

I think I've caught you up now.
