From my first day on this diet to my next appointment will be exactly six months. We are nearly a third of the way through and I have already lost 31lbs, and we have had a considerable amount more of eating out and treats than is typical. I am going to say, I'm pretty impressed. When my blood work came back before I was prediabetic with a fatty liver, high cholesterol, vitamin d deficiency and calcium deficiency.
I am getting excited to see what my test results will be when we go back next time and will be posting on that day my results and my current status including weigh in, total loss etc
