I am so happy to see the scale stay in the 137 range for a change. I am not losing a ton right now, but it is slowly coming off. So glad. It is amazing what 3 or 4 pounds can do. I just feel better!!! And 3 pounds from now, will feel amazing. SO if slow is the way it is going to be then so be it! I want my body back! So this week, lots of water, exercise daily and lots of veggies and protein. Some fruit too. But-and here's the hard part..... no wine or dark chocolate till Wednesday. I haven't been totally restricting myself from that lately. But I am going to now. Let's see what a difference that makes.
