196 today! Just three lbs short of having lost 40 lbs (the original incentive that got me rolling...wanting to lose 40 lbs before my NY trip in December). I was actually slightly lower yesterday, 195.8, but I also slept much later yesterday. I don't know why, but my internal clock thinks 4 am is the time to wake up most days, and even the time change this weekend hasn't changed that. This week will be a little tricky, as there are things planned with family members, a lot of eating out (often in places with no healthy choices to speak of). My top priority is to get through the festivities without gaining weight, while also participating and not being a "wet blanket" to my family. If I manage to squeak out a loss, then yay for me! lol I just don't want to gain anything right now...still got clothes I need to fit into in four weeks! Now, food...thinking of trying that new Subway buffalo chicken sub today. It looks good! Dinner is going to be turkey italian sausage...again. It seems to be my Monday favorite.
