If you are eating this way daily I can see why you might lack energy. Most of the items you list here on not atkins, it seems as if you might be following a low cal diet? Personally I got nowhere low cal, except feeling deprived. However on any diet, veggies should be a huge part of what you are eating. They give you the vitamins you need to have energy. The sugar in the items you've listed will only give you temporary sugar high (prune juice, cookie, candy) and that energy won't last.
