Goal of 165 was officially hit this morning! While I care more about how I feel and my body fat % than a number on a scale, It’s a good feeling to complete that goal. I’ve decided to increase the goal 5 more pounds and drop to 160 to help loose the last bit of belly fat I’m holding on to. Once I hold ~160 for a week the attempted “clean bulk” begins. End goal will be to build myself back up to 175-185 and hold around 10-12% body fat. That one will definitely take some time!
