Today was a bit of a hassle. I wanted to do a walk in the morning but couldn't make myself and had no appetite. My mom had to push me to get lunch in and even then (with my small breakfast) I had over a thousand calories left for the day. Since my sisters were both craving it we got pizza and cheese bread on the way home and mom kept giving me more to make sure I met calories (we did the math ahead of time). I got in a 35 minute walk and managed to get within a hundred calories of my daily limit. Now let's hope that didn't mess up my weigh in day tomorrow!

Good job on the walk! Sometimes when I don't feel like it I actually don't do it but then the next day I'm up and at em.
