Okay, I stopped doing JUDDDD. There was a mental block, and I lost the control I once had. On my UPDays, I was eating too much due to lack of discipline. Since I'm not required to count calories, I made those days free-for-alls, so I stopped losing weight.

I started a new diet on October 10, 2009 called Simeon's Protocol (hCG) and have lost everything I gained back while on JUDDDD and THEN some. 18 days completed and I'm down 21 lbs. Can't beat that with a stick.

I even created the diet info here in case people have questions.

How have you been doing? I am on the same diet, phase 2 and have kind of been stuck at 13 lbs lost. Might do an apple day this week.

O hai! I'm doing well, but I've actually gone into a JUDDD phase instead of phases 3 and 4. So far, it's causing me to maintain (although I'll admit, I was hoping it would cause me to keep losing) but that's okay too. If I were in phases 3 and 4, I would be maintaining, so either way, as long as there's no gain, I'll be great! And yes, I got stuck in week 3 of phase 2 and that's when I jumped off and I will start a new round in December. Good luck and keep in touch!
