At least it’s moving in the right direction. And, that’s in spite of a major snack around 8-9 pm yesterday. 3 eggs plus a bunch of peanuts and cheese. We both were hungry after playing an outdoor concert. Concert wind band.
Main meal was strictly keto. Steak! and cooked vegetables.
