Life's second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth... chances that I embrace. Started the new month at 4:30am this morning, 5:30am in the gym. I did 20 minutes fly walker, 20 minutes cycling and 20 minutes treadmill all at my own pace, followed by walking back home about a 45 minute walk. Mentally feeling fantastic🤗🤗Breakfast:double cream yogurt with chia seeds and one medium sliced banana with lemon rooibos tea. Lunch will be wors, potato stew and brown rice. Supper will be beef curry and homemade roti.
