Well, I did minimal damage over the Super Bowl weekend. Had a great Super Bowl party at our place with our extended family of Broncos Fans (that is the Super Bowl 50 Champion Broncos!!!) Stayed away from the truly high sugar, high calorie stuff. Skipped breakfast and lunch, and for dinner had ribs and T-bone with some homemade potato chips that I made in the microwave without oil or fat. After half-time I ate some tostitos and ruffles with quacamole, but managed to stop before eating the whole bag of either. Finished with a couple of WW fudge bars. All in all it was very satisfying and with the results of the game, I'd say that the whole day was a victory!
