Big week...back to single digit clothes!!! Scale didn't move as much as I expected, but I can tell the inches as melting off b/c I wore my sz6 capris last night. Big goal day is 32 days away.

Thx for the encouragement. I 'know' that the scale shouldnt matter but we are so conditioned to look at it. I'm running a 10k and 5k this month and can tell I'm in a completely different physical shape b/c of the exercise.

Good for you one the runs! I was supposed to do a tri in October, but I injured my knee and can't even jog, in fact walking down stairs is excruciatingly painful. Good luck on your races!
