Yesterday, 1st meal was light, 3 * 1/3 lb burgers shared with wife and daughter. Then I picked up a bucket of KFC fried chicken. I had three thighs, didn’t finish till maybe 10 pm. Wife and I both felt VERY full going to bed! Still kinda full this morning!
