I went to IHOP yesterday. I still stayed under 1000 calories for the day, but had a seizure(which I count as excercise) so slept the rest of the evening. I guess that is kind of cheating, but excercise is excercise, right? I crave sweet, so I bought the 90-100 calorie snacks to help my sweet tooth. I really need to excercise more, but am partially disabled and have seizures. I do what I can, but is it enough?
