Still struggling to get back on track. Not doing terribly. Eating good foods, just too many and not sticking to my plan. Exercised 3 days in a row really hard. Felt good. Didn't yesterday and won't be able to today. I'll try to do just a 10 minute intense jumping jax routine. Better than nothing. Yes?
