I'm not sure why, but I am losing interest in my eating habits. I'm craving junk food, especially chocolate. I think it is from all the family gatherings the last few weeks.
I have nothing going on until mid August. I'm going to try to get back into my groove. Eat better, workout and don't get disappointed with the numbers on the scale.

Keep on trying, I know how you feel, I struggle with ups and downs with my food plan. I am a stress eater, if I'm tired, and once I get into the chocolate all is lost. One day at a time. I came upon this quote, hope it helps you .... " when you feel like quitting, think about why you started" Good luck to you

That’s the hard part. Consistency in the non-motivation times. It is where I have fallen down many times in this process. If you can push through this period, it will not only build strength and endurance, but mental toughness as well. Alternatively, If you find that you’ve fallen off and need a restart, that’s perfectly fine too! It’s not about how we fall, it’s about how we rise up afterwards. Keep in mind this is a lifelong process. This little hiccup is really nothing in the grand scheme of it all. You’re good! 💪😎

Yup I'm not going to stop. Changing up my workout routine for the week. Going back to full body workouts. It might take a bit to get back my mojo, but I'll do it. Thanks for the support everyone 🙂
