I normally gain 5lbs on the weekend and it takes the weekdays to lose it so I always break even every week. I did better this weekend and only gained 2lbs. I’m hoping I lose the 5lbs during the week and actually be down 3lbs once the week finishes out instead of flat. Wish me luck!
