Very bloated, haven’t gone to the bathroom enough, might be dehydrated, ate when I wasn’t hungry yesterday, unhealthy choices, need to just take a break and do liquids today so I don’t add to all the food already stuck in my system. I don’t feel so great. Lack of sleep and stress lately, today and this weekend should be better, fingers crossed
