I go up & down but always come back to this number. Guess it’s better than the 260 I was getting about to hit. A few years ago I was on a steady roll of losing and I was on here every day counting calories. But a comment from one person on here threw me off and I haven’t been able to get back in it. That comment was “ if I was losing like that I would have my scale checked” or something like that was the comment.. Not sure why it bothered so much.

I know the feeling I am in that zone. For the past four months I have been up a pound down a pound. I look at it as steady as you go. Remember this is for you not anyone else

I'm going to write this and then probably delete it. Because I don't want 120 notifications🤣But I've noticed in my few years here there's just some people here who suck. Just like in real life it's obviously unavoidable... WELL THAT'S UNTIL there's a block button. Anyways more importantly is your health goals are the most important. We can't let what others say and do on here slow your progress. There's enough good on here to drown out the bad. Find some of the good people on here and you can even put your feed on "followers only" so then only the people you want to hear from will leave comments. I just wanted to give you some ideas and clarity on this situation. Don't ever let one person or anyone on here stop you from bettering yourself. You deserve to be whatever weight/body type/health you earn with consistency over time. I'd also say this a lot of stuff I see on here is satire. You get your little clicks and friends that only like or communicate with one another. So it comes off as you see the same people talking each day. That can be a little intimidating to some. But again I wouldn't be here 3 years later. If this wasn't a place that is always encouraging for the most part. I wish you well in your journey moving forward. This isn't about anyone else in the world. It's about you and beating yourself on a daily basis more times than not. Don't ever let anyone rain on your parade. 🤝🙏⌛️
