Good morning everyone and Happy Friday 😊 I haven’t weighed in for awhile and decided to weigh this morning. I am not where I want to be yet but every pound counts. I am down almost a pound from last weigh in. At least I didn’t gain 😊 it is so hard to lose weight when part of your job is behind you a computer. I got more exercise in this week but still not enough. I will check in again this time next week! Hope everyone has an awesome weekend 😊
