Labor Day is over and so is all the parties for this week. I worked all day long moving my step daughter and could hardly get out of bed the next day. I have been exercising everyday (walking) for the last week and feeling so much better. Took off 2lbs this past week and now I'm ready to meet my goal for this montho of Sept. 2# per week. (total 8 lbs. this month. I'm leaving for Oklohama on Oct. 27th and I want to have taken 15lbs. off by then. I can do it. I just have to focus on the good things I have done since Jan. (Taking care of ME for a change!)
Good night, I'm trying to get back into a healthy routine of going to bed before midnight now.
