okay so today I weighed 119.6 but then i went crazy on the nachos i made... OMG I OD'd on Nachos today... Yes they turned out that good... but that's it.. I am not going to want to eat Nachos in a couple of months or a year.. or ever... i think i've got my nacho fix for a good while...

I am going to weigh myself tomorrow which will be tuesday and I will try to not it anything so i can catch up with my calories.. I just ate too many today.. actually i ate for two days worth of food ...

Maybe I could just eat a good breakfast and make me some scrambled eggs wrap for dinner...

Okay I am now absolutely back on my diet officially back for reals.. every day i will have to remind myself of that fact...
