I wasn't sure I would post another journal today but I'm impressed. Between breakfast and the dinner I know we'll have out, I still will have 550 calories left before crossing my 1400 a day guideline. Also, so far I only have .9 grams of sugar and 82 carbs, which is impressive for going to Dairy Queen. Plus, I'm making the choice to skip the pop and bring my water bottle instead. HYAH!
