I love how my body is changing. This is something I was always so scared of (to not see progress on scale), but my body actually looks better and better! Over the past 3 weeks I gained 1,1kg of muscle, and lost 1,6kg of fat! 🥳 My body fat % went down by 2.14% !!!

I’m so proud of myself for sticking to the diet and exercise plan 🥹. This gives me more motivation to keep going! 💪🏻
