Teeth are feeling somewhat better. Felt nauseous all day. Must have been the venison stew from yesterday, we all had some kind if rotgut from it. Work is stressful as usual. At least I'm back on track with watching what eat and logging it. Not hopeful on getting back to exercise routine until I feel back to 100%, which right now I feel I will be gimping through the rest if the week.
