One of the biggest lessons I have learnt over the past year is DON'T BE AFFRAID OF CARBS I use to be petrofide of it, being believing all my life you should be on keto or low carb to loose weight. That's so far from the truth guys.
Focus on your protein intake as well as your caloric intake, that way you can Still loose weight and eat the things you enjoy and love.
BIGGEST MISTAKE I made was doing keto while I was trying to build muscle, without carbs, I was weak and absolutely exhausted, therfore I could not see any results! Also ladies if you want to get stronger in the gym please don't be afraid of Creatine! It's not going to make you look like a man, it will simply give you the strength to reach your goals faster💪🔥👌
