OK I ate more than I had planned yesterday. But! I ate healthy foods and I did a 4.75 mile walk in an hour and 15 minutes. That felt good. I can feel the effects of that now. So.... today.... I am going for 1400 calories and an interval jumping jacks workout plus a 3 mile walk. Gotta get this extra weight off. My goal for this week is to be 137 by Friday. So here goes!

hi HK, I'm back on here too for a New Year blast off of those last few pounds. Getting that meal prep sorted out for the week is the key for me. The random snacking is always my undoing

Yes. For me it is an almost daily workout, keeping up on the water and making sure I post what I eat here. I kind of went by the "oh, I can deal with eating this bad food later" mentality over the holidays. Now back to it because I am higher than in a long time and I just don't like it. I do like getting back to a regular workout. And I need to once again stay away from sugar and gluten.

Sugar and gluten are the same for me. I just love bread and buns. I can just dive into hot cross buns and lovely fresh bread and jam but then I get the bloated tummy afterwards. They just have to be "sometimes" foods for me, not giving them up but the bloat is not good
