Today I weighed in at 135.8, so I have lost 2 pounds in the past month. Moving at a snail's pace as it relates to the number on the scale, but honestly I am pleased with this progress because I have been making a dedicated effort toward replacing fat with muscle, and I know muscle weighs more than fat. I started lifting almost daily over the past month. I have also been taking creatine and collagen. I can see a noticeable physiological difference when I look in the mirror, and I am happy with what I see so far! Definitely room for improvement, but I still have time to reach my short term goal of losing 5-9 pounds by June 21. My long term goal is to get back to 120 by December 27.
