Was feeling light today and forgot to weigh in yesterday so I stepped on the scale. 3.4 lbs by June is doable for sure, but if it doesn’t happen I know I’m on the right track. 5:30 am eliptical a great way to start my day, but I don’t think it’s anything more than occasional. Heavy argument w SO over parenting etc always gives me a boost of motivation. Gonna eat something good tonight after this workout.
