I had a hard time tracking my calories exactly. I know how many calories my egg roll was, but there wasn't a brand. I track my calories on two sites, so I just looked for something with the closest amount of calories for this tonight (and my tilapia). The other site didn't have the same brand or exact calories, but it's close enough. When you eat out, it's so hard!
