OH!....Now I remember what you all said! Running and walking my arse off (literaly!!) and really enjoying it. Im still not lifting my weights as I am just not feeling it. Pushups and abs every other day though, and I truyly beleive that PUSHUPS are one of natures most perfect exercises. The scale hasnt moved down, but I am well below my original goal so that is cool. I had forgotten something that a lot of you say: Look at the inches, not just the weight. I started as a 36-38 waist, and right now 34's are getting pretty dang loose.
