Since my last weigh in I've stayed the same, not sure why though. I've been very conscious of what I'm eating due to the gallbladder problems. I've been eating a lot of no carb fish, veggies (low carb) and salads with little to no carbs. I do admit I've added SOME fruit to my diet.....one apple a day or a couple of those little bitty cutie oranges, but that's it. Oh and I've picked up on the water also...lots and lots of water. My clothes do seem to be getting bigger but that could be wishful thinking on my part. lol Anybody have any ideas? I'm sure curious as to why not dropping a pound or two. God bless all :)
