I am having a harder time today consuming calories (opposite of yesterday), yet I'm full. I think it has to do with the times that I ate and what I ate. On the other hand, my activity is decreased. I had so many things I wanted to do this weekend and I never got to do them. It was a hectic weekend. I actually ate dinner around eightish, which is too late!
My FitBit said I only did 5165 steps today. Errrrr...not good. I may get a few more in before bed, but I'm not exercising at this time of night now.
If anyone wants to add me as a friend on FitBit, "Inbox" me and I will add you. I'm hoping to increase, but at the moment, I'm doing what I can.
