A longer day out than expected meant that I didn't have proper meals, other than breakfast. I am usually prepared with food when out on the road, as I have such an odd dietary requirement. So when I got home, very tired I just ate what I reached for and went to bed. Although I did drink a litre of water over the afternoon I drank less in the day than normal. I had a refill as soon as I got home and am back to peeing with an almost invisible colour. Phew - yellow pee is scary!!
I have recorded the food diary faithfully and it will be interesting to see what transpires. Could be something, could be nothing. I haven't looked at the breakdown yet. I certainly prefer to have my normal proper food, though friends and family can't really see it as anything normal :D
Today was very overcast but for the most part actually DRY as in not raining, though we were living in cloud - the first mainly dry day in 2 months, and first thing there was actually a streak of BLUE in the sky and an almost frost.....
Just looked at the analysis by day and by meal, yup, am ok with that. Phew.
