I needed a dose of reality yesterday... something to help motivate me into commitment for my healthier regime. So I went clothes shopping.

My 10lb lighter body liked "L" shirts and dresses... but they were a bit snug to be comfortable. I was looking for a dress coat, which ended up being an XL, rather than a L. I didn't even go for fitting into pants. I wasn't emotionally prepared for the venture. I bought a size L shirt dress that fits nicely while standing, but cinches a little too tightly while sitting. This shirt dress will be my benchmark for success. When it can be worn comfortable, I'll know that I'm making progress to transform my fatty cells into something substantial.
