I knew I shouldn't have recorded that loss after the canoe trip but, oh well, it was in the interest of science. :) I took a few days off the diet mainly because the canoe thing screwed me up a bit but also because I needed a break. I'm at it again and happy to realize I'm really rather enjoying this WOE instead of the garbage. It's all one big journey that I'm figuring out. Great fun and glad to have everyone along!
