i ate too many cupcakes today!!! I made them they were healthy oatmeal and walnuts with apples muffins but i ate like 5 of them they were soooo good!!!
Oh well I may gain a pound by tomorrow... I need to stay on my diet really strictly on it.. no ifs and buts about it..
Am happy at this weight but I keep going up and down.. I need to be at 119 and then 118 so that I can be able to go up to 120 if i eat too much one day and not feel so bad...
Okay i will do that tomorrow.. I wasn't feeling so good today..
