gimana ya caranya deal dan merubah mindset kalau naik bb saat mulai menjalankan angkat beban itu fine fine saja? sebagai mantan obesitas aku sendiri selalu takut kalau naik bb.
malah kadang sampe heran cowok-cowok di luar sana malah pengen naik bb sementara aku cowok pengen jadi kurus...
