No FBS today. Hands and wrists so ouchy, not gonna add painful pokes to it. See Dr. today who treats my psoriatic arthritis and a few of the other autoimmune things. Having one of those mood days where I almost wish someone would start 'something' with me so I could tell them off. Now isn't that a waste of energy!? There's just no denying that chronic pain uses up a lot of energy and can affect our mood. Today I will find some exciting little beauty thing (NOT meaning cosmetics) to smile about. Hey, maybe I WILL put on some makeup, earrings, and a nice silk scarf. Girls' psych self-medication don't ya know!! And tomorrow is weekend-eve, too. I think I'm already feeling sunnier. ;-)
