Hiiiii everyone!!!
I cant believe myself!!!! I had this account 5 years ago, last post was in 2020!!
I am so happy that i still remember my account login details, this brought so many memories 😭😭❤️❤️
in these 5 years, i had my bachelor degree in engineering 👷♀️ and i got married 👰♀️
And i also become fat hhhhhhh
I gained 10kg in one year! This is insane I know right!!
I’ve started taking new supplements [VitaminB and Zinc] since last year and to be honest i have some doubts that they’re the reason of this gain cuz i had no control since I started taking them. So i decided to stop them hoping that will stop my binge eating.
And for sure besides that i am planning to start “No carbs No sugar diet”
Anyway, i really need to lose this 10kg before summer, i wanna buy new cloths that fit in😭
I will try to post my daily routine, my job schedule is quite tight this week but i will do my best💪
