Remember the discussion about ups and downs on the scale? Up but I did have to take ibuprofen last night and it does me wrong. Always a trade-off--get some pain relief and sleep or toss and turn trying to find a way to lie that works. Whine, moan, grouse...could be worse. Has been many times and I'm grateful for so MANY things.

have you tried Unisom for sleep? non-habit forming. i started using it this pregnancy, and it has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. i actually sleep thru the night!! as someone with ADHD/Complex PTSD, sleep was really difficult. i slept better on my ADHD meds, unisom has been a saving grace.
