Looks great I thought about maybe a taco salad tonight. We'll see how motivated I end up being LOL

LOL looks like I settled on chicken tandoori on yellow rice. The chicken was already thawed and my sugar was low and my brain in a fog I just couldn't handle trying to fool with the ground beef it was just too much trouble. And although I adore black beans only on my taco salad my husband is not much of a fan of no meat dinners. 

Leah_guffey chicken tandoori sounds really good too though! I’ve been trying to eat less meat, especially red meat and processed meat, but it’s not always easy to pull off.
