All right, I'll admit it. I'm off plan. Way off. I've been teetering on the edge for a while now and I've just about given up. And it's not just a little cheating here or there. It's pizza and chocolate. It's months of carb deprivation catching up with me. I'm totally messing up and I don't want to. I want to take control of this. I'll try this weekend. There's no reason for me to be faltering right now, I've survived birthdays and trips and everything. This is just my usual behaviour of rewarding success with self sabotage. I've undone months of effort in these last few days. At least it's just a few days. I can turn this around. Have a wedding dinner of a close friend to attend on Sunday, a little worried about that but apart from that, I hope to report back here with more positive news soon. Merry Christmas, everyone!
