Two weeks ago I weighed 199 at the dr's office during a checkup for my prediabetes. She told me I have got to lose at least 49 pounds, and I needed to start ASAP. So today I weigh 195.8, and it is a start. Even if it is my third or fourth...maybe even fifth, I lost count, it's still a start.
