Woo Hoo! Christmas is coming, I can't wait.

It's going to be great, yummy food as always and made better with good company. All my food is always yummy and every day is a full of goodies and treats.

I get to cook all sorts of amazing dishes which everybody will love, I enjoy making people happy.

I can't eat any of it, but I won't give myself a hard time over it. What's the point of beating myself up?? I will enjoy the process and enjoy the feasting.

It's win win for me. I get all of the pleasure, none of the pain. Bliss.
