FBS 114, BP up, weight up. Funny; I'm more active than a month ago. Not changing anything except will pay more attention to water intake, meaning drink more.
Now I have added the rest of my food/drink for the day even though I've not yet eaten my later 'snack' or had my cup of herbal tea. Going to be better about staying under 1300 for the day, with good-enough protein intake. I was planning to be outside tomorrow raking leaves and other fun gardening but now weather warning in place for all day of high winds. Guess I'll stick to altering shirts for s.i.l. and skirts for myself. Bummer...more sitting.
